Terms and Project Assumptions

• Estimate is valid for 30 days from date of issue.
• Assumes there aren't any other issues. If a problem should arise, the customer will be notified.
• Popcorn ceiling repair assumes the existing texture does not contain active asbestos. If testing is required or asbestos is detected, remediation costs are not included in this flat fee.
• Includes standard site clean-up and disposal of project-related debris.
• 60% of the total amount will be due when the job is scheduled. This covers materials and labor to start the job. If for any reason the job is not started or the customer changes their mind, the deposit is refundable. If materials have already been ordered or purchased, the refund will account for materials purchased and labor for picking up or delivering materials. The remaining deposit will then be refunded.
